Organization and communication is emphasized, resulting in projects that flow smoothly and efficiently-on target and on budget.
Ken’s design skill has been nurtured and cultivated since his childhood and led to his interest in building furniture. As a master carpenter with a lifelong interest and experience in building, Ken became a general contractor and in 1999 started Newhaven Builders, Inc.

Organization begins with a detailed analysis of your project by our estimating department which is staffed with highly qualified professionals whose expertise provides detailed budgeting down to each major task of the project. In-depth state-of-the-art estimating software is utilized to ensure each project is budgeted properly.
