Linda Chase Interior Design

Linda Chase began working in design twenty-two years ago in a firm that specializes in the architectural design of national and international luxury residential and commercial properties.Ms.Chase resides in Montecito, California and has her offices in nearby Summerland.

Ms. Chase established her own design firm in New York City in 1984 and opened offices in Los Angeles in 1989. Private residences include projects in New York City, Hudson, N.Y., Greenwich, CT., Saddle River, N.J, Washington, D.C., Aspen, CO., Santa Fe, N.M., Los Angeles, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Malibu, Bel-Air, CA., London and Vienna.

This elegant Victorian House was restored and designed as a fundraiser for a non-profit.

Ms. Chase’s work has appeared on The House and Garden Television Network, Discovery Channel and has appeared in numerous publications. Her commercial design projects include the executive offices of Time Warner, Inc. located at Rockefeller Center, New York City, Palazzo Boutique in Beverly Hills and a collaboration on Twin Palms restaurants in Pasadena and Laguna Nigel, CA.
