This full-service catering division brings the quality of a fine-dining experience to your event. The owners have over 30 years combined experience specializing in private gatherings and client menu collaboration.
Restaurant quality catering means that they prep everything in their commercial kitchen at Emilio’s Restaurant and bring it to the site, ready to cook, leaving little footprint on the event site. All food is finished at the event “a la minute’” or to-order. This ensures the freshest product possible.
“Because of our strong relationships in the food industry we can deliver the latest trends, and give the customer access to locally-grown, organic ingredients” explains partner Pete Clements. All ingredients are designed to compliment one another - this means no repeated starches, no redundant sauces, all plates are unique. “Our goal is to work with the client to bring alive a culinary masterpiece that will leave an impression long after the event is concluded. We offer everything from family-style to five-star dining in the relaxed atmosphere of your own home, vacation rental, estate or private yacht.”

We are experts when it comes to developing clients personalized menus’ that are not only cost effective, but wonderful tasting as well, with access to local growers and vendors around the county who supply unique seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as quality seafood, meats, cheeses and wines for the ultimate feast.
