C’est Cheese proprietors Michael and Kathryn Graham own a small, family run cheese shop in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara.Offering 120 different types of cheese, over two dozen cured meats, a high quality selection of wines, and delicious goodies, ideal for entertaining and gifts.

“We seek out the best-tasting, highest-quality foods we can find,” Kathryn says. “We stock the highest quality artisanal foods from Europe and the U.S. ”

The varied selection includes young cheeses made from pasteurized milk, and others made from unpasteurized milk and aged at least sixty days. The store has expanded its inventory of fine domestic and European charcuterie and features cured meats, including prosciutto, pâtés, and salamis.

C’est Cheese Monthly Tastings generally include 5 cheeses from a given region paired with a glass of wine (or beer at times) selected to complement them beautifully. They frequently mix things up and do something a little more out of the ordinary, covering such topics such as salami, olive oil, vinegar, honey, chocolate or caviar.

Lunch at C’est Cheese

Popular with loyal customers…the grilled-cheese sandwich that combines aged cheddar from Québec, appenzeller from Switzerland, and mozzarella on thick-cut freshly baked bread.
